My paintings include a wide variety of media and subject matter, although my first love is portraiture. Every medium has different properties to exploit and provide endless challenges and learning experiences for the artist, which is why I enjoy working with a range of materials. I work in watercolour, oils, acrylic and soft pastel. Art is a continuous learning process and never ceases to delight and amaze. It is important to me to capture the essence of the subject and bring out the prevailing mood or atmosphere.
A painting can be a wonderful way to commemorate special events in our lives and I am happy to quote for individual pieces. Prices are dependent upon size and media.
